You are welcome to call us before hand for a rough price estimate, but we cannot give a exact price estimate until our technician has surveyed the machine or shears. We can provide you with a price estimate before finishing repairs.

We will send you a notification letting you know when your items are ready for pick up. If you are need of delivery services, we can direct you to one of our sales representatives to work out a schedule if possible.

Although we, at Voss, try our best to give you the best services as quick as possible, your repairs take 1-3 weeks because our technician is not only servicing you, but many others in the Texas area. We also ask for more time in situations where we need a specific part replacement.
