We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

How long will delivery take?

Given high volume, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship. We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We can do a bit of research here. What kind of plugins do we have to mitigate security risks?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You’ll receive this along with the shipment of your purchase. At the time of checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

What if my product arrived faulty, or has missing parts? What is my next step?

You can contact our customer service email. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

You will receive a tracking number after checkout that you can reference on the USPS website.You’ll also receive this tracking number in your order confirmation email.

My order has not arrived and is missing. What is my next step?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Voss. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we are still working on getting your products out to you, and we appreciate your patience. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but the shipment hasn’t arrived, please contact the company handling the shipment.

Can orders be shipped internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently servicing our customers in the United States only.
