VOSS BEAUTY SYSTEMS IS A THIRD-PARTY.

Voss Beauty is a third-party vendor for WAHL, ANDIS, BABYLISS PRO, GAMMA +, TOMB 45, and many other corporations. As a third party, we are not the manufacturer of these products. We have our own return policy separate from our partnered businesses. If you wish to return to the manufacturer, then please be advised to follow the guidelines of manufacturer’s return policy. Our return policy is not affiliated with other return policies. Please follow all the guidelines of Voss Beauty Systems, so we can best assist you in the return process in an appropriate manner.

COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

        • 2-week warranty coverage period upon date of purchasing item

       • After 2 weeks, you must contact the manufacturer and follow the return policy of manufacturer.

       • When purchasing online, the you will receive order number and claim number of item(s) which are needed to complete any return processes with manufacturers.

GENERAL WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY NOTES

Please note that any returns of online purchases must be submitted online. Our sales representatives will not be able to submit a product for return to manufacturers. We can help in clarifying the return procedure and help you get connected with the manufacturer, but sales representatives are unable to file a claim if they have not sold the product directly to the customer.

Our warranty does not cover slight damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation or maintenance, damage caused by water or fire, clipping, or fading, If any evidence of altering, tampering, mishandling is found, the return will not be covered by our warranty. As a third-party vendor, Voss Beauty Systems cannot directly replace defective/dissatisfied returns and hold no responsibility in the returning process of merchandise after the 2-week warranty period.
