Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Voss. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we are still working on getting your products out to you, and we appreciate your patience. If you have received a shipping confirmation, but the shipment hasn’t arrived, please contact the company handling the shipment.
